Feedback Survey

TexasLawHelp uses online surveys by SurveyMonkey to collect feedback from real users about what TexasLawHelp.org did well and what it could do better. We ask for information about household income and household size to ensure we are reaching our target of low-income Texans.

We use data from the surveys to guide changes made to the website. For example, data from previous feedback surveys guided how we designed the new TexasLawHelp.org website. From time to time, we share the survey data with funders and project partners in order to report on progress and advocate for users. Data is never sold.
